First off, my friends are insane.
Secondly, I can't decide if I'm pleased or disappointed that summer holiday is rapidly coming to an end. I like having parties all the time. Or at least not having worry about homework and other equally annoying garbage. Although no big tests this year, so I think I've already decided this will be my Lazy Year of Extraordinary Slackage. Who's with me?
Also, Scorpius, I think your grandmother hates me a little bit. I was laying out on my balcony because it was actually a tolerable kind of sunny outside today, and she sent me a Patronus message explaining that displaying myself so publicly wasn't proper. The woman is always so polite to me, but as soon as I wear a swimsuit outside, forget it. Three times in one summer can't be good.

It's so, so stupid! And they're all eating it up. Merlin. And I'm about to pretend to cancel my party and then invite even fewer people because it's kind of. Just. Maybe I just shouldn't have mentioned the whole date thing? I just thought it was..
Ah, nevermind. But still. Gods.
Oh, oh yeah and Norwood is my 'date' now. Which is kind of part of this whole weirded out thing. I mean, he said it's not "special" but I think he only said that because he knows I don't want to 'date' anyone. But it's bad, you know, that he knows that. Sort of. You know what I mean?

The funny difference between Knockturn Alley and Diagon Alley is that if you glare at someone in Diagon, the person usually gets all huffy or worried over it. But if you glare at someone in Knockturn, he or she tends to just follow you around more. Bloody creepsters.

I'm really glad we didn't wait to go to the beach, because now it looks like the snow isn't stopping. It's kind of nice, but now I'm absolutely stuck inside, which gets kind of boring after a while. Although, Maid #2 makes a mean hot chocolate, so I guess there's not much to be complaining about. Still.
I demand a recount on the beach contest - Rose fell asleep while she was tanning, of course she had more men looking at her. Oh and, this trip also served to back up my statement that cars, are in fact, one of the scariest Muggle creations on this planet. Just so everyone knows.

Thanks to everyone who came over, it was fun. mostly People left some stuff here, including a wand? How could someone forget their wand? Either way, I'll owl it over as soon as I find out who it belongs to.

All right, peons, I'm having a party this Friday night at my place. I'll have drinks and food and music and blah blah blah. Everyone's invited, fourth year and up, as I don't need anyone younger than that wandering around my house. Speaking of which, only rule I'm setting is that if you go searching through my house I have every right to hex you stupid.
Oh, and, don't piss me off. Or you're out.
I'm telling you all in advance so you have time to plan your cute little outfits and acquire your own booze. I'll have plenty of it, but there's no promising there'll be enough to go around all night. Show up around 8pm, no earlier. Rosier Estate, look it up.
And if anyone wants to tell me who sent me this cute stuffed cat...thing, that'd be great. Unless it's a Muggle bomb just waiting to be set off, then I'll be so pissed.

Maid #4 just told me my mother is going to be away for the next two weeks or so. Apparently she's attending another brewing lecture in Germany for the time being. Welcome home!
But that also means I have the house to myself for two weeks. Party, anyone?
